Reservations and arrangements must be made directly with the designated Mesh contact following the auction. Contact information will be provided to the winning bidder and is intentionally omitted from the public listing.

Condition & Redemption

Certificate/donation documentation will be provided to the winning bidder as applicable. Dinner must be scheduled with Adam Kelly. Gratuity is not included. Any private contact information, redemption instructions, certificate numbers or claim codes are intentionally withheld from the public auction listing.

QUICK TERMS

1. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All auction items are offered as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Pickup or certificate delivery arrangements must be completed as directed by Legacy.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up physical items during the designated pickup period may result in a $20 fee per item plus applicable storage, labor, transportation or handling charges.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not claimed within the required timeframe without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover costs including hosting and credit-card processing. 0% sales tax is charged for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select physical items for an additional fee when indicated.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced or created to better represent the donated experience. Please rely on the written listing and original documentation for exact package details.
10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
